Potato Station (Baked, Mashed, or Tots)
Pittsburgh Station (Cabbage Rolls, Pierogies, Kielbasa and Kraut)
Salad station
Often Spring mix and iceberg lettuce with up to a dozen toppings from the standard tomatoes, onions, peppers, croutons, and cheese. To more unique like sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.
Chicken Tender Station
Our tenders are large enough to cover a slider bun usually with BBQ, honey mustard and Ranch.
Soup Station (pick 2)
Our homemade soups with additional choices including stuffed pepper, vegetable, chicken noodle, broccoli and cheese.
Carving Stations
Steamship or Top Round, Turkey Breast, Brisket, Lamb, Ham and Pork Loin.
Pasta Action Station (2 Pasta’s with 7 Homemade Sauces)
Usually Penne and cheese filled Tortellini and all 7 of our homemade sauces marinara, alfredo, vodka, sundried tomato, pesto, meat sauce and carbonara.
Pizza Station
As simple or extravagant as you’d like! From simple cheese, pepperoni, vegetables like red onion, green peppers and mushrooms. On the higher end white pizza’s, chicken bacon ranch, pulled pork, loaded vegetable or margarita.

We can create dinner or dessert stations to meet your needs.
